I'm Dean — and I actually live in Nicaragua, Since 2013. I've lived in Costa Rica prior to relocating here, and I have had a concierge service in the past and teamed up with Expat Connect Services to offer more then just Medical tourism. I help those who have an interest in relocating to Nicaragua. I started Nicaragua Luxury Tours because I watched too many newcomers — patients, investors, expats — make decisions that matter on guesswork and strangers' advice.

I'm not a tour guide, and this isn't a package. I already know which surgeons are worth trusting, which neighbourhoods are worth buying in, and where the real value is. I vet every provider personally, I'm with you on the ground, and I handle the logistics so you can focus on the decision in front of you.
