Your concierge in Nicaragua is Dean, who has lived here since 2013. Nicaragua Luxury Tours was built jointly by Dean and Stuart Henderson: Stuart designs the itineraries and runs the wider network, and Dean vets every provider and delivers the tour on the ground. You get a designed programme rather than an off-the-shelf package, and a resident host who is with you throughout.
I'm Dean, and I actually live in Nicaragua — since 2013, after several years in Costa Rica before that. I've run a concierge service before, and I teamed up with Expat Connect Services to offer more than medical tourism, so I also help people who are looking at relocating here.
Nicaragua Luxury Tours came out of that partnership. Stuart Henderson and I built it together after watching too many newcomers — patients, investors, expats — make decisions that matter on guesswork and strangers' advice. He designs the itineraries and sets the standard across the network; I'm the one on the ground here making them happen.
I'm not a tour guide, and this isn't a package. I already know which surgeons are worth trusting, which neighbourhoods are worth buying in, and where the real value is. I vet every provider personally, I'm with you throughout, and I handle the logistics so you can focus on the decision in front of you.

Yes, since 2013, after previously living in Costa Rica. That on-the-ground presence is the whole point: real, current local knowledge of who and where is worth trusting, not a remote booking service or a generic package.
How is Nicaragua Luxury Tours different from a tour agency or a package?
It is not a fixed package. Each itinerary is designed around your objective, and Dean vets the surgeons, clinics, neighbourhoods and providers personally, is with you throughout, and handles the logistics so you can focus on the decision in front of you.

Medical and dental tours, investment due-diligence visits, expat relocation scouting, and fully custom trips — connecting you with vetted independent providers and handling transport, accommodation, access and introductions on the ground.
